Why am I tired all the time?

Feeling tired all the time can be frustrating. While only a healthcare professional can identify a medical cause, there are common wellness patterns that may be at play: poor recovery, ongoing stress load, blood sugar swings, and shallow sleep. In this article we walk through what each may feel like and a few small first steps that often help.

1. Low recovery

Sleep can happen without recovery. If you wake up tired most days, your body may not be entering deeper restorative sleep stages.

2. Stress load

When stress stays high, your nervous system may run on adrenaline. That can feel productive in the morning and crashy by 3pm.

3. Blood sugar dips

Quick fixes (coffee, sugar) may keep you going short-term but often produce midday crashes.
